Quantum Physics now validates the spiritual view that our unconscious beliefs create our reality. We make decisions based on our beliefs. Sometimes our beliefs can be limiting and may cause us to act out of fear and survival rather than our own inner guidance. In addition, our beliefs may also manifest into “dis-ease” and illness and may keep us from feeling well and realizing our full potential. An example of this is, when an individual holds a
subconscious program that will keep an illness or dis-ease in place such as, "I only get nurtured when I'm sick", therefore, holding the illness intact.
